Why should you work with a recruiter?
1. Teamio allows you to see how the recruitment process is going anytime, anywhere – even using your smartphone.
2. Teamio will notify you every time a candidate has been pre-selected by the recruiter. Or, you can choose to be notified about all new candidates once a day.
3. Decide whether you want to invite a candidate for an interview with a single click. You can also add a note that will be shared with the recruiter.
4. Teamio then lets the recruiter know who should receive an interview invitation.
How does it work?
First, the recruiter needs to add you to the Teamio recruitment process and choose your type of cooperation – that is, whether you will only receive the best candidates, or whether you will process all the candidates yourself. You will then get a simple introductory email with a link that will take you to the home page where you will have to choose a password. And that’s it – you are now logged into Teamio and able to see a list of all vacancies that you are involved in.

Depending on your cooperation type, you can either wait for the recruiter to send you the pre-selected candidates or have Teamio notify you about all new candidates once a day, without having to personally manage anything.

Clicking a link in the email will take you straight to Teamio. Simply log in to see a list of candidates ready for evaluation.

You will find an “Invite” and “Unsuitable” button in each candidate’s profile. Use these to let the recruiter know what you think about the candidate by giving them a thumbs-up or a thumbs-down. You can also add a note that will be shared with the recruiter, who will also receive an email notification from Teamio once you have evaluated the candidates.
